For Polish customers we organize in Croatia courses ended with Polish exams and certificates, both sailing and motorboats on all levels. Sailing certificates are issued by Polish Yachting Association (PZŻ) and motoroboat ones by  Polish Motorboat and Water Skiing Association (PZMiNW).

Our parner is authorized by the Minister of Sport and Tourism to conduct an examination confirming the possession of appropriate knowledge and skills in the field of sailing to obtain a qualification document for water tourism on sailing yachts with a length of more than 7.5 m or motor yachts with an engine power above 10 kW.

In Poland, matters related to sailing and motorboat qualifications are regulated by the Act of December 21, 2000 on inland navigation and the Regulation of the Minister of Sport and Tourism of April 9, 2013 on practicing water tourism. Pursuant to Art. 2 above of the Act, in matters of crew qualification, the provisions of the Act also apply to sea waters.

Pursuant to Art. 37a paragraph. 6 of the Act on inland navigation, a person who has obtained a sailing or motorboat certificate abroad may sail in the territory of the Republic of Poland, within the scope of possessed permissions confirmed by an appropriate document (i.e. may operate such units and in such waters as provided for by the given person document).
